Here at SQS we understand the often urgent demands placed on you and your data storage & recovery systems. With the amount of data most small to corporate businesses utilise in the modern world; backup down-time is becoming increasingly critical and potentially catastrophic to any company or business.
As such we have implemented the infrastructure to despatch an engineer to any site within the UK to evaluate, test and repair your tape backup system. All you need do is call our sale team between the hours of 9-5pm so we can book an engineer to your site at the earliest possible moment.
In most cases the engineer will carry all the relevant spare parts to get your system up and running again by the time he leaves. In some cases it may be required to leave you with one of our many loan units to keep your data flowing while your unit is returned to our base in Reading for further and more extensive work to be carried out.
