Sony AIT-E Turbo Drives

Overview

The AIT-E Turbo drives are the entry in to the AIT product family and providing higher performance, higher capacity and higher reliability than DAT24 / DDS-3 drives at similar price point. The drives are available as internal ATAPI or SCSI or external SCSI versions.

The AIT-E Turbo drives are available with low cost ATAPI interface for entry servers. It has the highest reliability through AME media and dustproof bezel design. With same capacity as DDS-4 / DAT40 for a lower cost, the AIT-E Turbo records 20GB in less than one hour with 6MB/sec.
